Dear Patients,
It has now been over a year since the start of the COVID-19 Global Pandemic.
Your team at Sault Family Health Organization and Superior Family Health Team remains committed to supporting you and your health care needs. We continue to offer appointments via phone and have in-person visits as needed. We ask that you call the office prior to coming in and to stay home if you have any symptoms.
Public health measures remain key to stopping the spread of COVID-19. Current measures include leaving home only for essential reasons, gathering indoors only with members of your household (or with one other household if you live alone), and self-isolating if you have symptoms or have been exposed to COVID-19. Please limit any travel outside of the region.
