Memory Clinic
Our Memory Clinic provides comprehensive assessments for patients with memory issues, including:
- A review of the patient’s medical history, medications and test results
- Assessments for memory, cognition and depression
- Driver assessments
- Caregiver stress
- Review of current community supports and identify any gaps
We diagnose, recommend treatment, provide referrals for community supports and provide follow-up as appropriate.
